1. Dispatch Time for In-Stock Items

For items currently in stock, your order will be processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

A dispatch confirmation and tracking details (if applicable) will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Delivery Times for Out-of-Stock or Special Order Items
If your selected items are not in stock, they will be shipped directly from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times:

Free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £500.00.

Orders under £500.00 (outside the West Midlands) will incur a delivery fee, calculated at checkout.

We use reliable courier services for deliveries outside the West Midlands.
4. Delivery Method & Access

Deliveries are kerbside/driveway drop-off only.

Our drivers and couriers do not enter the customer’s property to bring goods indoors.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the site is accessible for large vehicles and someone is available to receive and inspect the goods at the time of delivery.
5. Delivery Area
We deliver across the UK Mainland. For deliveries to areas such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other remote areas, please contact us before placing an order.
