1. Payment Terms

All online orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

- A 100% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order for all items not in stock.

Payment must clear before goods are dispatched or made available for collection.

Title and ownership of goods remain with 550 Interiors Ltd until full payment has been received.
2. Klarna & Clearpay
We offer flexible installment options through trusted third-party providers:

Klarna allows you to split your payment into 3 interest-free installments or pay later within 30 days.

Clearpay allows you to pay in 4 interest-free installments over 6 weeks.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimated only. Delays may occur, and we accept no liability for late deliveries.

Goods are only released for dispatch once full payment has cleared.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect goods at the time of delivery and report any damage or shortages immediately with supporting photos and the delivery note.

Claims made after delivery will not be accepted unless goods are returned at the same time with the original invoice.
4. Product Information & Installation

All our porcelain tiles are suitable for underfloor heating.

Cracks or breakages due to uneven surfaces, excess adhesive, or improper installation are not covered under warranty.

We recommend using a slip mat under floor tiles. Speak to our team for guidance.

Due to natural variation in shade, pattern, and glaze:

Samples are for reference only.

Customers must inspect all tiles before installation.

Once fitted, no claims can be accepted for product variation or appearance.

5. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be:

In full boxes only

Unopened and in original resaleable condition

Accompanied by proof of purchase

A 25% restocking fee applies unless otherwise agreed.

No returns accepted on:

Adhesive or sealant products
-
Opened boxes
-
Special order or custom items
-

Refunds will be issued upon inspection and approval of returned goods.
6. Estimates & Responsibility

We are happy to assist with quantity estimates, but the final responsibility lies with the customer or their agent.

Ensure your installer checks the surface for levelness prior to tile installation. We do not accept responsibility for cracking due to uneven floors.
7. Validity & Legal

All quotations and offers are valid for 30 days.
-
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
